Skyler Bentley

Skyler Bentley is a criminal and immigration defense attorney based in Salt Lake City, Utah. He began his legal career by interning and later working at several prominent law firms while completing his bachelor’s degree at Utah Valley University and earning his J.D. with honors, along with a Certificate in Criminal Law, from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Skyler is admitted to practice criminal law in Utah state courts and federal immigration law in all 50 states and U.S. territories. He has successfully represented clients facing a wide range of criminal charges, from serious felonies to misdemeanors, as well as individuals navigating complex removal proceedings before the Immigration Court. He also regularly represents clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and U.S. consulates worldwide.
