U Visa Lawyers in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming & Montana

The U visa offers immigration protection to victims of certain crimes who have suffered abuse and are willing to assist law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity. At Bentley Stark Immigration, we handle these cases with compassion, discretion, and determination.

Who May Qualify

  • Victims of qualifying crimes such as domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, or other serious offenses

  • Individuals who suffered substantial mental or physical abuse

  • Those who are, or will be, helpful to law enforcement in the case

Our Process

We start by confirming eligibility and obtaining the required law enforcement certification (Form I-918, Supplement B). Then, we prepare and file your U visa petition, along with evidence of the crime and your cooperation.

Path to Permanent Residency

Approved U visa holders may be eligible to apply for a green card after three years of continuous presence in the U.S., and we guide you through that process as well.
